Any day I have the privilege of coaching a client or a class is a great day. It is incredibly inspiring to the hard work that forges positive change. That is at the heart of the mission of Gumsaba. We provide a platform for growth, for building inner strength, for developing spirit to push on no matter what the obstacle is. You will always get back exactly what you put in to any given task and the realization that you are in charge of your life, your mood, your outlook…this is awesomely powerful. The more you put yourself out there and really TRY in class,  the better you will become at overcoming any obstacle that life presents. No matter what the drill, make it yours. Ride that fine line of pushing as hard as you can and keeping your mind fully engaged on the way you are moving. Its just ONE HOUR, so give it UP. Allow yourself that wonderful privilege.

Many people never get what they dream of in life not because they can’t, but because they let their fears over ride their dreams. Sure, sometimes things will SUCK when you are in the trenches, but when all is said and done you will have given your best. That is success. That is what we are doing here. There will always be something to stop you, its up to you to enforce your will every damn day so that you always end up better for it.
