This week I have been privileged to witness a symphony of suspension training awesomeness at camps! Suspension training (TRX) is very technical, and you’re all really “getting it”. From yesterdays foundational TRX intervals at the Mens class and partner HIIT TRX at the Moraga Sunshine Camp; to todays TRX HIIT at the Danville Sunrise and Walnut Creek Sunshine camps, I’m so stoked on the improvement of your skill and the consistency of your efforts.

I speak for all of our coaches when I say that it is an honor and a pleasure to be a part of your health journey. Thank you so much for trusting Gumsaba with your fitness. You bring our coaches limitless joy and make our so called “jobs” incredibly fulfilling.

So, this one is for YOU. You are the ones who breathe life into the Gumsaba program and compose the rock solid community that we are. BRAVO!
