TOUGH MUDDER TRAINING IS COMING SOON!
We now have a whopping 20 team members on the Gumsaba Nor Cal TAHOE tough mudder team!
BOOT CAMP DANVILLE
Training sessions begin on Sunday June 3rd and will go from 8:30 – 9:30 at first, and build up to 8:30 – 10:30 at the end.
There are 8 training sessions and the cost is $90 for gumsaba members and $120 for non members.
Drop in rate is $25 each with no discounts, so there’s big incentive to come to as many as you can and just buy the cheap package. you just wont be able to keep up if you are dropping in a few times, your body will break. This training will also be complimented with DIY double day workouts come late August/early September. Double day workouts are REALLY important to build up to, so if you are not able to join us for training be very consistent with Boot Camp and do some hill/trail running.
BOOT CAMP DANVILLE
Training will incorporate hill running both up and down hill, using waist movement and breathing techniques to minimize effort on long upward slopes and steep slopes. We will tackle strength over time as we build our hill running endurance. By September, we will have worked our way up to the nearly 9 mile las Trampas loop. Coach Michelle will be running the Sunday sessions assisted by Coach Allen on some days: 6/3, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2 & 9/16.
