TRX Boot Camp is one of my favorite classes to run. Everyone is getting much better with their TRX technique, so for some of you its time for a narrow or one foot stance, and a steeper vector angle! Remember, in vertical TRX (standing) the closer your feet are  to the anchor point, the more body weight you will pull or push.
