Shin grabs – sampson stretches – Side Bends – Banded side steps – banded squats – banded hi knee pairs – banded butt kicker pairs
Part 2: 5 minute walk or jog
Part 3:
CHIP Christmas – each round take a rep off – start at 12 finish at 1 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1!
Push Ups
Front Squats
Push Press
Frog Jumps
Part 4:
CHIP Hanukkah – each round take a rep off – start at 8 finish at 1 – 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1!
Lateral R Step Up to L Knee to R Reverse Lunge (each side)
Single Leg Sit and Stand (each side)
Side Plank Row + Extension (each side)
V Crunch (each side)
Part 5: Ring it in and move a mile! Run/Jog or Walk one mile.
