10e Side Step

15 GBHE

10e Fire Hydrant

10 Supermans

Part 3: Climb Up then down 6,8,10,12,10,8,6 = 60 of each exercise total
Exercises: 
Thrusters
Burpees
Reverse Crunches
Alternating Lateral Leg Drops
Slow Bicycles
Renegade Rows
Sumo Hi Pull 
Reverse Lunge + Rotation to front leg (option to hold 1 weight out or on chest) 
Alternating Split Raises 
Wall Sit Hammer Curl 
Method: Do exercises in order above, with a short run after the completion of each round. 
Round 1: 6 each exercise
Round 2: 8 each
Rount 3: 10 each
Round 4 12 each
Round 5: 10 each 
Round 6 8 each
Round 7: 6 each
