Part 2: Stability & Mobility

30 seconds – 1 minute each exercise (or as long as you can keep good form)

Part 3: Do 3-4 rounds of the following:

10 Sumo Hi Pull

10 Renegade Rows

5 Navy Seal Ups 

Part 4: Repeat this Interval set for 2 miles
