We all know it instinctually, but sometimes it helps to get a little reminder…exercise (moving mindfully and intentionally) helps us to to feel good in our bodies. And as a result, we are more productive, confident, and move through life with a higher, more actualized frequency. In other words, we are at the ready to achieve and thrive on a daily basis. The key to it all is showing up, even (and especially) on those days when we aren’t in the mood. Those tend to be the days we need exercise the most and reap the bountiful benefits of our workout more than we realize. If you’re feeling extra tired or sore, rather than honing in on that, redirect your focus to how strong you are and how awesome you will feel by the end of your workout. Get fired up and go get ’em!
