As the seasons change, its common to feel a need to hunker down in the comfort zone and fall of the radar when it comes to workouts (this is one of the reasons why so many gyms see high profits in January). Working outdoors when its colder can be a deterrent, but if you prepare properly you can get huge benefits from it. And come on…it’s not like we’re livin’ in Nebraska. 🙂

Remind yourself of your reason to be FIT. Just pick one, I know there are millions, but pick the most important one. Write it down, and let this be the first page of your Fall 2016 “stick with it journal”. Each time you workout, write down the date and how you felt about your workout. Was it fun, challenging, life changing? When the holidays roll around you can show off your work in that LBD, or keep it to yourself in your oversized funky holiday sweater. Either way, enjoy a big slice of Pumpkin or Pecan pie. You earned it and you have the written PROOF!

Should you leave town for the holidays, check in with you client portal for fun holiday centric workouts!

To your health, Coach Michelle
