In the world of fitness I hear people punishing their bodies with harsh language in order to motivate their workouts. I see people ashamed of what they look like. This is NOT what Gumsaba is about, and thankfully I never hear that from my clients!

Changing our bodies for the better is a life long journey. It’s not a matter of hitting one workout to “kill fat”, or massacre some “unsightly dimple” or love handle. It is a matter of embracing who we are, of realizing that we are so much more than how we look. It is a matter of giving our body movement because we actually care about our health.   Love your body for everything it is, and everything it isn’t. Appreciate that it is an amazing miracle of life, a constantly evolving masterpiece of evolution. Please don’t sell yourself short by criticizing some minuscule part of your being. You are so much more than your shell.  Your are not comparable to anyone else.  You are one of a kind. Realize your beauty, embrace your uniqueness. Care for yourself like the sacred and incredible gift that you are. You are the only you in the whole wide world. You are totally AMAZING! Plant the seeds of the changes you want to see in your soul and feed your mind good thoughts and good vibes. Feed your body good nourishment and consistent workouts. Making health a habit so that your entire being benefits from your whole health. This is the path to living well and, moreover, of bringing others on the journey with you.
