100M Sprint while partner does accelerated plank 2 rounds

20 Wall sit bicep curls while parter low plank 2 rounds

600M run

20 Tri Press while partner step up  & knee 2 rounds

10 Burpees while partner cross toe touch sit up 2 rounds

run star drill with partner 2 rounds

600M run

 

20 push press while partner navy seal ups 2 rounds

race your partner suicide 1 round

10 minute cool down stretch.
