Run 200M as fast as possilbe. 

BOOT CAMP DANVILLE 

Start with 10 reps of each, then do the run. Continue to repeat this list, including the run, and each round take off 1 rep, until you are down to 1 rep each.

As the reps decrease, speed up the run. you will do 55 total reps of each exercise.
