Hello Campers

As the holiday season speeds along, you may think you are too busy to hit your workouts. Heres a quickie DIY to shut those excuses DOWN.


You will need:

interval timer


Mat (optional)

Set your timer for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, 12 sets.

You will do 3 rounds of the following exercises:

Burpees (of COURSE!)

Spring Jacks (formerly Korean JJ)

Cross Crab Dance

Navy Seal Sit Ups

This is a short workout, so put your all into each round and BURN those calories!

Don't forget to stretch!
