So much of the time we think of the future as tomorrow, when really, the future is a result of what we do today. Think about what you really want, what your goals are, and make sure you did something SIGNIFICANT today to make that dream come true.
As many of you know, the Spartan team is in the heat of training for the Beast. We are in our last count down days to OCTOBER 1! 50% of those who start a Spartan Beast do not finish. My goal is not just to finish but have our team finish proud and strong. I’ve been following this fitness plan for a few months (my recovery week is always less loaded). Its SO important for my body to stay healthy; without a good plan I could get injured or sick and risk all this work not finishing. I share my plan with you today to inspire you to make one. Certainly it does not have to be this loaded, all it needs to do is work toward your goal. Its important to commit to something if you really want it, and be specific about it!
As Benjamin Franklin once said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”
