– 10 Chopper Squats L

– 10 Plank Up downs

Take a quick sip of water when you are done, no more than 1 minute break, and get to the next part!

PART 2: (my time 7:01)

20 Weighted Crunch on Stabilty ball (use weight, hold high on chest with both hands)

20 V crunch R
