This morning we ate breakfast later than usual…when that happens we opt for a lighter lunch to keep dinner on time. Todays meal supplement was liquid lunch, full of flavonoids, anti oxidants and protein! Paleo Meal Dairy Free by Designs for Health is an ideal vegan protein powder which has no sugar (I pack my smoothies with berries and bananas…the last thing I want or need is added processed sugar). Manna Maca Berry Smoothie – Ingredients are organic. 

3 baby bananas (i needed to get rid of these or I would have just added another frozen banana to total 3!)

2 small frozen bananas

1/2 cub frozen blueberries

8 frozen blackberries

1 heaping Tablespoon Maca Powder

12 blanched almonds

12 ounces water (as little as 8oz if you want it really thick)

3/4 cup ice

1 T Nutiva Coconut Manna

1/2 T Crumbled Nutiva Coconut Manna for topping

2 scoops Vanilla Paleo Meal DF

Blend all these ingredients in a Vitamix or other powerful blender on high until smooth.

Pour and sprinkle Coconut Manna Crumbs on top. Eat with a spoon!
