You have 1 calendar month to get it done. Start any day, you must finish by the same date next month. So if you start today, you need to finish your last reps on Sept. 1 2012.

Reps must be logged on the facebook page or on paper with the date – you will need to do 32 reps per day to complete the 1000 in one calendar month.

I’ll do gecko plank and the tricep pull forward thingy with the band (you gave me this as a recommendation for triceps)
I will do the wall sit bicep curl and pushups
I’ll do squats and wall sits/bicep curls
I will do cross toe touch sit ups and wall sit bicep curls.
I will do spring jacks and gecho pairs. Started Wednesday.
gonna do squats and push ups…..started today.
Put me down for pull -ups and push-ups.
