This last week was full of big changes! There is a lot of uncertainty out there in the world right now, so it’s all the more important to stabilize and maintain your personal structure. How are you feeling about your progress so far this year? There are many things in life we can not control, but when it comes to our daily choices, we have a whole lot of say. Making smart choices about food, drinking lots of water, getting daily exercise…these are things we can do to maintain stability in times of change. They are things that will help us stay healthy, happy and low on stress!

Looking forward at February, ask yourself what you want to focus on, what you want to do with the next month of your life. If you are perfectly happy with where you are, then guess what?  IT’S TIME TO CHANGE. Getting complacent about your life is dangerous. Life presents, and you want to be ready at any time to adjust your sails and go the direction you need to in order to navigate the winds of change. We grow when we challenge ourselves to break free of our comfort zones, when we create our own waves we are more prepared to encounter the waves of life. Having said that, we have 3 boat rockers for you to take part in before the end of February. Learn to adjust your sails and ride those waves with confidence!
