Thanks to a few referrals from some trusting clients (and a passion for helping people thrive), I am now now offering private self defense lessons! From “Self Defense Basics ” to “Off to college with knowledge”, the tools that my program provides vary in depth depending on length and duration of the sessions. You’ll learn simple strikes to counter the most common attack scenarios, test your skill on a pad, bag or dummy.

In all courses I cover the common tactics attackers use to instill fear and how you can respond to that force. Further, all students will learn the most important skill of all, how to avoid and attack situation through awareness and preparedness.
