For your post workout nutrition you need protein that is easy to digest, and you need a high glycemic NATURAL sugar. A shake is a great way to start the day, and if you need a quick, healthy meal, a shake is a great idea! Just be sure to use 1/2 of the high glycemic fruit.

Michelle’s Fool Proof Shake:

1/2 cup unsweetened organic coconut milk
1 small organic zucchini
1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
4-6 frozen organic strawberries
2 scoops arbonne vanilla protein powder (I can sell you this if you want to buy it)
1/2 cup water (or more to desired thickness)

If I’m in the mood i add a couple ice cubes and do less water.

I use a vita mix, and have heard that if you don’t pulverize them then you can have chunks of spinach in your shake.
