I’m always cooking up new stuff to make workouts more functional, fun and mental. Today while on the Iron horse trail, I was warming up with a rhythmic band warm up I have been putting together to pump myself up before I started my interval running. A woman named Patricia came up to me so excited about my routine. She said she is 78 years young, walks three miles every day when she saw all the energy I had she just had to stop me and ask if I was a coach, and what this fun routine was called. Her enthusiasm was so contagious, and her stopping to talk to me just really lit up my day. It’s wonderful to meet people who are living their lives to the fullest, sharing loving kindness and practicing health. So this one is for Patricia… and for you. I recreated a little bit of the work I was doing on the trail this morning… feel free to use it for your warm ups too!
