At Gumsaba we believe that goals help you pave your road to success in life. Without a goal, you can wander around in circles only to find that after all that wandering you ended up in the same place you were a year ago.

We are asking each Gumsaba member to formulate a PFG or Personal Fitness Goal. This can be short or long term; anything from being able to run 1 mile non stop, to running a marathon to completing Tough Mudder to….you get the point. Your goal can, and will evolve over time based on your experience in and out of class, but it will give you something to strive for. The only “rules” are that it must be written down and it must be public knowledge. Use the SMART guide to help you make the goal that works for you!
