When all else fails… when things don’t go as planned…when life happens…simplify. Feelings of anger and judgement are to be expected when we get thrown off our routine, but hanging out in that state just makes life more complicated. Times of frustration and upheaval contain some of the greatest life lessons. There is always something to learn, something to grow from, even in crappy situations. When we get caught up in complex emotional states we loose our capacity to learn. So remember, when life gets complex, keep it simple!
