There is a force at work in the universe that is keeping us together…it’s magnetic pull is so strong that although we are catapulting through space at 1,000 miles per hour, we are still one! There are ideas out there that try to pull us apart; there are people out there that no matter what the universe is trying to tell us, want us to separate. Try as they may, they will never out power the work of the universe.

We are best when we work as a team. No great endeavor has ever been done alone. Even the person that swims across the atlantic or walks across the desert was trained by someone, is thinking of someone, is doing it for someone. We can’t help but rely on each other for mental, physical and emotional support. We are connected no matter how much some of us want to believe otherwise. No one is better or more superior than anyone else because we are all one. 

I am grateful that there is a force in this universe strong enough to hold us together no matter what threatens to tear us apart. This is the meaning of Thanksgiving to me. Cheers to being in this life together. Throw up your arms and enjoy the 1,000 mile an hour ride today!!! Love, laugh, enjoy the harvest season. Spread your magic; get up and dance, be silly. Let go of judgement, be merry.

12 Thrusters (full squat with overhead press)

12 Walking Lunge & Hammer Curl

12 V Ups

24 Mountain Climbers

24 Alternating Glute Bridge Hip Extensions

24 Squat Pulses

24 Skaters

Part 4: Tabata Core Sets – work 20 seconds rest 5-10 seconds. Do 8 rounds of each set – 4 of each exercise alternating.

Set 1: Long Arm Crunch vs Low Plank

Set 2: Bicycles vs Hundreds

Part 5: 400M Cool Down Jog & Hip Mobility
